13.Return Policy (14-Day Window)
For a hassle-free shopping experience, we've set up a 14-day return window starting from your delivery date. After this period, regrettably, we can't offer assistance. Also, we may request an image of the item's condition. Please be aware that items marked "Sale" or part of a "BOGO" deal are not eligible for returns.
- For incorrect size or wrong color purchases made by the customer, we don't offer return labels but are happy to provide replacements of equal value. The returned item must be brand new, in its original packaging. We'll send a replacement once we confirm its condition. Please be aware that we can't replace items that haven't arrived, were damaged during delivery, are used, or not in brand-new condition. We're not responsible for return delivery; please contact the carrier. Also, remember to provide a valid tracking number and complete the return form; otherwise, the return is invalid. Please allow 7-10 business days for the return to be processed.

16.Lost Package Liability

If a package remains lost after 14 days from being marked as "delivered," please reach out to Casing Bee. We may provide a complimentary replacement shipment, but please note that refunds are not applicable for lost orders.
