To request changes or cancellations for your order, please email us within 2 hours of placing your order. After the 2-hour timeframe, we are unable to make any modifications. In your email, include your accurate order number and email address for identification. If you want to change the item, provide the URL of the desired product.
Alternatively, if you wish to change the device type, case type, or color, please provide us with the specific details in your email so that we can assist you accordingly.
Important Note: Please be aware that once a tracking number is generated and provided for your order, including during the initial 2-hour timeframe, we are unable to accommodate any further modifications or cancellations. This is in line with our commitment to prompt and efficient order processing. We recommend reviewing your order details carefully before completing the purchase, especially if you foresee any potential changes or cancellations.
For address changes, please email us within 2 hours of placing your order. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate during checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
We offer multiple payment options for your convenience. You can choose to pay using major debit cards and credit cards, including American Express (USD), Mastercard, and Visa. We also accept Apple Pay and offer the flexibility of making payments through Paypal.
Order confirmations are usually sent out promptly after placing an order. However, during periods of high demand, it may take up to 24 hours for the confirmation email to be delivered. We recommend checking your spam or junk folder as sometimes the email may end up there. It's also important to double-check the email address you provided during the ordering process, as any typos or mistakes could prevent you from receiving the confirmation email.
If you have checked your spam folder, verified your email address, and still haven't received the order confirmation after 24 hours, please reach out to us via our contact us page.
We offer a flat rate of $8.5 for standard shipping. Your order will be delivered within 2 to 10 business days. We use USPS First Class Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx SmartPost for this shipping option. Please note that orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O./APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS.
Our items are shipped directly from our New York location. The delivery time for your order typically ranges from 2 to 10 business days, but please remember this is an estimate. Actual delivery times can fluctuate due to factors like shipping carrier delays or your specific location. Be assured that we're committed to delivering your order as promptly as possible.
Our regular processing time, from Monday to Friday, is 48 hours. Please keep in mind that processing times may vary, especially during peak seasons or promotions. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information.
To track the status of your order, you can click on the tracking link provided in your order confirmation email. If tracking information is not yet available, it means that your order is still being processed and prepared for shipment. Once your order has been fulfilled and handed over to the shipping carrier, the tracking information will be updated.
Please note that most orders are fulfilled within 1 to 3 business days, except during holiday periods.
Currently, we offer shipping services within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
To assist you further, we kindly request that you reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and a detailed description of the damage. You can contact us through our dedicated contact us page.
We may require you to provide multiple photos of the damaged products. These photos will help us assess the extent of the damage and expedite the resolution process.
To initiate a return, please complete our return form and select the reason for the return. Please note that items can only be returned within a 14-day timeframe starting from the delivery date. Additionally, we may require you to provide an image showing the condition of the item.
To initiate an exchange, visit our exchange page and provide your order number and specific details of your request. Our team will review it, and if approved, you'll receive further instructions. Exchanges must be processed within 15 days of receiving your order based on the tracking history provided by the carrier. Please ship the original item(s) back promptly after initiating the replacement request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. CasingBee reserves the right to assess and adjust replacement claims and policies as needed.
If you've purchased an item in the incorrect size or color, we don't provide return labels, but we're more than happy to offer replacements of equal value. To qualify for a replacement, the returned item must be in brand new condition and in its original packaging. We'll initiate the replacement process once we've verified the item's condition. However, it's important to keep in mind that we can't replace items that haven't arrived, were damaged during delivery, show signs of use, or are not in brand-new condition. Please note that return shipping is your responsibility, so get in touch with the carrier for assistance. Additionally, make sure to provide a valid tracking number and complete the return form to ensure a valid return request.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact our customer support team at support@casingbee.com or submit a return form within 14 days of the delivery date. We'll be happy to assist you in either receiving a replacement or obtaining a refund. In such cases, we'll also provide a return label to help you with the return process. We apologize, but we won't be able to offer assistance beyond this 14-day timeframe. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we'll do our best to make it right within this specified period.
